Key Purpose

to become a member of our enterprise architecture team, which consists of developers, system architects, and enterprise architects, with the duty of comprehending the requirements and overall company needs. This position’s main duty is to possess a thorough awareness of and proficiency with the administrative duties associated with the Big Data environment..

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

  • Be capable of starting installations from scratch and managing all important server integration and HA duties Install the required configuration and Kerberos requirements.
  • Create and oversee groups and users. Oversee the Sentry/Ranger, OS, and AD security functions.
  • Recognize the ingestion pipeline, the admin modules, and the monitoring needs.
  • Possessing the ability to troubleshoot, such as locating unhealthy or problematic modules inside the framework of an issue or issue resolution
  • Address the needs for indexing and partitioning without sacrificing efficiency.
  • possess a thorough understanding of the operating system and be able to handle any OS-level scripting needs.
  • Give the junior administrators the OS instruction and knowledge transfer they require.
  • Control the TCP proxy and any necessary firewall ports.
  • As needed, plan and provision new gear.] Put the BigData hybrid strategy into practice.

Education and Experience

  • BSc in computer science or a similar degree Three years of IT education
  • Two years of experience working in the Big Data environment in a Chief Technology Office RedHat Linux, Hortonworks, and Cloudera Certification is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of distributed architecture and familiarity with Python, JVM, and multithreading Strong background in datacenter architecture and procedures, including working with racks, servers, and wiring; strong background in partitioning and sharding strong knowledge of network topology, switches, routers, VLANs, and firewalls (PKI, Kerberos) familiarity with LDAP and AD forest, as well as robust operating systems like Linux (RedHat)
  • A solid understanding of the design, provisioning, and operation of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS Experience and familiarity with tools like YARN, Kafka, Spark, Map Reduce, HBase, HDFS, Zookeeper, and NiFi strong background in multicast, TCP, and UDP Basic familiarity with containers (Kubernetes)
