Key Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to process all servicing transactions received in the Servicing team.
Responsibilities
• Have the ability to handle every task inside the Invest servicing team.
• Familiarity with every Discovery Invest product.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities. Analytical.
• The capacity to discuss with management whether aspects of the business or process require extra attention and to support these claims with pertinent data and trends.
• Responding to inquiries by email and phone when necessary.
• Verify that feedback is provided where it should be and that nothing is left ignored.
• Helping with ad hoc assignments that management assigns
• Establishing connections with internal and external coworkers and clients, as well as financial advisors.

Education and Experience
Matriculation,
at least two years of administrative experience in the LISP sector,
one year of experience answering incoming calls,
familiarity with long-term insurance laws,
and an awareness of the LISP sector
