REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years of human resource management experience along with a grade 12 diploma or its equivalent.
- familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act, the Public Service Policy Frameworks, the Public Service e Act, the Public Service Regulations, the BCEA, the Labour Relations Act, and the PSCBC Resolutions.
- familiarity with and application of the PERSAL System.
- Computer literacy, strong analytical, problem-solving, initiative, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES:
- Administration of Conditions of Services of employees, including recording leave, leave queries, housing allowances, etc.
- As an HR representative, assist with the hiring and selection process.
- recording of PERSAL system transactions.
- Payroll and payroll records administration to guarantee that pay records are filled out and that monthly reports are sent to finance.
- Help with performance management administration.
- Contribute to the personnel skill development plan’s execution.
- Give direction and make sure HRM-related policies and procedures are followed.
- Respond to both internal and external questions.
