REQUIREMENTS:
- a suitable Level 4 National Senior Certificate (Vocational) or (NCV) credential.
- It will be advantageous to have prior experience working in the minister’s or deputy minister’s office.
- a minimum of one year of experience providing support services for administration.
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in MS Office, typing.
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
- organizing, document management, and phone manners.
DUTIES:
- in charge of general administration in its entirety.
- Provide general clerical support services, such as answering standard questions, copying, packaging, and distributing documents, typing letters, and updating registers and statistics.
- Within the component, offer supply chain clerical support services.
- Communicate with stakeholders both inside and outside the company regarding the purchase of products and services.
- Obtain quotes, fill out procurement documents, keep an asset register up to date, and protect office supplies.
- Maintain the leave register and personnel records, assist with trip arrangements, and provide clerical support for personnel administration.
- Record and update expenses, confirm that trip claims are accurate, and assist with petty cash requisition.
