Key Responsibility Areas
• Plan and coordinate records management activities.
• Provide a registry and records management service.
• Provide an electronic records management and scanning service for the unit.
• Supervise key personnel and ensure performance targets are achieved
• Provide an appropriate procurement service and mitigate risks.
• Provide an appropriate financial service and section asset control.
• Source, provide and disseminate functional information to relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting records management workshops for the unit to enforce the Municipal Registry/Records procedures manual and Records Management Policy.
• Provide reports and specific administrative requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Records Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
