MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) is required of candidates.
  • It is crucial to be computer literate.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Social Assistant delegates and processes, SASSA Act, SOCPEN, legislation, policy, procedure, and standards, as well as organizational arrangements and awareness.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • The incumbent will take calls and place them.
  • Incoming call registration and escalation, such as recording on the Customer Care
  • Application system; Examining and offering comments updating data on the
  • Integrated Customer Care Application
  • Monitor and responding to inquiries submitted to the responsible management and back office Responding to inquiries via email
  • Educate customers and Make direct calls to the appropriate authorities to guarantee that the needs of the client are met.
