We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Reservationist to join our team at ANEW Hotel Highveld. The reservationist will be in charge of handling reservations, helping clients, and making sure that the booking procedure runs smoothly. The ideal applicant should be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, have strong communication skills, and pay close attention to detail. The chosen applicant will be stationed in Witbank, Mpumalanga.
Minimum Requirements
- a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- +- Two years of reservationist experience
- Working knowledge of OPERA Cloud Outstanding written, spoken, and phone communication abilities.
- Outstanding grasp of the English language; multilingualism is advantageous.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizing abilities.
- knowledge of computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer reservations and questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Written correspondence and communication for all questions Help clients select the best lodgings or services for their need.
- Keep thorough and current reservation records, including but not limited to guest profiles and the attachment of travel agent coupons to reservations.
- Verify and adjust reservations as clients want, including but not limited to following up, obtaining assurances, and releasing all booked reservations.
- Give details on prices, special offers, and availability.
- Handle payments and issue invoices.
- Overseeing OTA Reservations Inventory balancing
- To guarantee a flawless client experience, cooperate with other team members.
- Respond quickly and professionally to consumer concerns and grievances.
