Key Responsibilities:
- Help the facilities manager supervise the maintenance division and make sure everything runs well.
- Use maintenance techniques to reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance.
- For maintenance and repair services, work with outside vendors and contractors.
- To determine maintenance requirements and repair priorities, conduct routine inspections.
- Help in scheduling and task distribution for the maintenance service providers.
- Work together with other divisions to streamline production procedures.
Qualification and Experience:
- It is necessary to have at least three years of prior experience in facilities management or a similar subject.
- Matric Experience with generators is necessary, as is prior employment in an electrical environment.
- strong familiarity with equipment and maintenance procedures.
- A proper driver’s license is required, as is the capacity to oversee contracted workers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel Standby and after-hours call-outs are available. the capacity to travel.
