Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate is necessary.
- A degree in office administration would be beneficial.
- At least two years of front desk or customer service experience (preferably at a clinic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- English and one other South African language proficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
- In order to give customers a great experience, greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ascertain the purpose of the visit and notify the appropriate person.
- Observe the pertinent visitor security procedures, record their information, and, if necessary, provide security tags.
- To deliver a first-rate customer experience, answer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Calls received through the switchboard are screened and routed properly.
- raising invoices and proposals through the appropriate mechanism.
- helping to collect unpaid debts and do age analysis.
- arranging appointments, following up, and answering questions about them.
- Make sure that the files are organized and readily available to the appropriate parties.
- As needed, gather, assemble, and distribute papers to pertinent parties within predetermined parameters and deadlines.
- Bring up errors and other housekeeping concerns with the appropriate parties or service providers.
