JOB PURPOSE:

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCE REQUIRED
- At least six months of experience in the field Grade 9 at the very least
- Prior Learning Recognition (RPL)
- Understanding of the construction industry and the necessary tools,
- equipment, and supplies medically and physically fit,
- Talk to Determine whether tools, equipment,
- and materials are appropriate for a given activity and how to use them.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Material handling, loading, and unloading
- Recognize and distinguish between many kinds of tools and materials.
- Utilize the materials to complete the tasks that the supervisor has given you.
- Recognize the order in which the supervisor has assigned the duties.
- carrying out trench excavations, backfilling, and handling or laying down any type of trench services.
- Support and follow the supervisor’s instructions.
- Site cleanup includes pulling weeds, stacking supplies, sweeping floors, and getting rid of extra or damaged things.
- Must be capable of using any non-mechanized hand tool in a construction setting.
- In a construction setting, the ability to operate any hand tool or piece of machinery is essential.
