Skills and Experience

What you’ll do:

  • carrying out everyday office administrative and basic tasks
  • Account management for Third Party Contractors / Vendors and Clients Assemble paperwork for the project’s completion.
  • Record and maintain tracking sheets and ERP systems.
  • Processing accounts for invoicing and procurement paperwork keeping records in order and making them accessible to all employees drafting, putting together, and keeping up with reports or presentations
  • Periodically traveling to conduct errands, such file/item/stock CRM upload deliveries Orders and quotewerks
  • Taking a call and answering
  • Receiving messages General Billing Dispatching emails Word, Excel,
  • and Outlook for Microsoft invoicing from Clicks and LEIS Handling Inquiries and Accounts

Your expertise:

  • Experience in the function: three to five years
  • One to two years of function-related experience with Netsuite Quote Works

Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Microsoft Office Suite
