Skills and Experience
What you’ll do:
- carrying out everyday office administrative and basic tasks
- Account management for Third Party Contractors / Vendors and Clients Assemble paperwork for the project’s completion.
- Record and maintain tracking sheets and ERP systems.
- Processing accounts for invoicing and procurement paperwork keeping records in order and making them accessible to all employees drafting, putting together, and keeping up with reports or presentations
- Periodically traveling to conduct errands, such file/item/stock CRM upload deliveries Orders and quotewerks
- Taking a call and answering
- Receiving messages General Billing Dispatching emails Word, Excel,
- and Outlook for Microsoft invoicing from Clicks and LEIS Handling Inquiries and Accounts
Your expertise:
- Experience in the function: three to five years
- One to two years of function-related experience with Netsuite Quote Works
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Microsoft Office Suite
