REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or Senior Cert. Experience is not necessary.
  • a legitimate driver’s license.
  • Proof of computer literacy (using Microsoft Office) is necessary.
  • strong organizing abilities in the workplace.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English communication skills.
  • the capacity to prepare work and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • fundamental office planning, organizing, archiving, and bookkeeping abilities.
  • efficient use of time.

 

DUTIES:

  • assembling official reports, including medico-legal ones.
  • services such as phone and office reception,
  • help with petty cash management,
  • Compiling minutes and handling general office administration tasks, such as creating and maintaining case registers, spreadsheet preparation, ledger recording, filing, and record-keeping, among other things.
  • Organize the directorate gathering.
