Key Purpose
to help the company with production problems that cannot be fixed within the parameters of the normal manufacturing process. to instill the culture and values while guaranteeing accurate system knowledge and the transfer of soft skills for effective functioning in a variety of roles.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
- Support for franchises: To handle unique requests and commission inquiries that the regular business divisions are unable to handle
- Administration of the Quality Center
- Address entity issues by addressing mismatches, aligning, and, if necessary, creating entities.
- Address billing and allocation issues where they should be discontinued or redirected.

- Analysis of the underlying causes of persistent problems
