Requirements
- Matric Grade 12
- At least two to three years of experience in health administration
- Computer literate (know how to use Excel) At least two to three years of experience in customer service
- An advantage would be having a solid understanding of the industry.
- It would be advantageous to be familiar with Momentum’s product offerings.
- An advantage would be familiarity with the Oracle system.
Duties & Responsibilities
Membership packs, membership cards and routing correspondence to the relevant departments
Assemble membership packages. Reprint membership cards. Route correspondence to different departments and scan papers for the department to retrieve. Document indexing, stock control, and statistics maintenance Make sure that every piece of returned mail is handled in accordance with the returned mail procedure. Any additional ad hoc tasks that might occasionally be needed Communicate with customers in a way that is focused on them.
Create and preserve connections with internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Maintain client expectations by fulfilling service level agreements with clients and internal and external stakeholders. Provide suggestions for enhancing customer service and treating clients fairly within your sphere of influence. Engage in and support a culture that fosters fulfilling connections, encourages feedback, and offers top-notch customer service. Self-control and collaboration
Respect rules and guidelines and, where required, take remedial action while preserving quality.
