Specific Role Responsibilities
- Make sure that every part leaving the facility is properly wrapped for safe transportation and comes with accurate invoices.
- Before shipping, make sure that all required paperwork is ready for couriers and that security procedures are followed.
- To guarantee on-time delivery, plan effective delivery routes, make trip sheets, and track delivery progress.
- Keep the dispatch area neat, orderly, and safe.
- Make sure all sent items receive Proof of Delivery (POD) and that trip sheets are correctly filled out.
- Handle parts that are returned for credit, making sure they are properly labeled and packaged and confirming their condition.
- Before shipping, check all outgoing parts for damage.
- Analyze dispatch effectiveness and pinpoint areas for development by utilizing delivery tracking and inventory management technologies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (a must) Computer literacy is necessary.
