keeping an eye on and completing all direct and indirect municipal revenue collection operations from clients as quickly as possible.
overseeing and keeping an eye on employees’ adherence to all applicable policies, guidelines,

and norms pertaining to customer service and revenue collection operations. ensuring adherence to all security protocols relevant to cash-in-transit procedures and implementing corrective steps where necessary.
To guarantee client satisfaction, manage all escalated customer interactions.
Deliver consistently excellent customer service while adhering to the Batho Pele values in all of your dealings with clients.
Process general consumer requests and provide information updates on how to access, use, and pay for municipal services.

expediting the completion of all relevant administrative tasks for new and current municipal customers’ account transfer and registration requests.
looking into and verifying adherence to relevant policies, rules, regulations, memos, and guidelines.
approving consumer claims for refunds of money paid to the Municipality (such as deposits).
