Job Description

The purpose of the job is to assist the legal department with administrative tasks:

1. Prepare the budget report, statements, invoices, and reports.

2. Reserving a meeting space and time.

3. In charge of other tasks as assigned, such as organizing workplace parties, social gatherings, and community projects.

4. Control the filling area.

5. Quickly and efficiently responding to questions and resolving issues; this goes for both internal and external clients.

6. Make sure there is efficient communication with both internal and external clients.

7. Print, gather, and create assign letters, files, booklets, and other items in accordance with the client’s specified standards.

8. File procedures: save all documents and retrieve them.

9. Check the status on MDA and open lawsuit cases.

10. Maintaining the Acts and regulations of various laws in the legal library.

11. Get ready for ad hoc payments.

12. Help with administrative tasks for the Internal Auditing division.

Working conditions:
Mostly Office Based. Limited Travelling will be required.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience:
1.       Matric Certificate required.
2.       At least ONE years’ experience in administrative functions required

Skills & Knowledge Required:

1.       MS Word / MS Office / MS Excel
