As a call centre agent at Nedbank, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls from customers and giving them accurate and pertinent information about our goods and services;
  • generating leads and coming up with solutions that satisfy customers’ needs and expectations;
  • reporting unanswered questions to management and keeping track of cases’ progress;
  • adhering to the daily schedule, targets, and service level agreements;
  • taking part in CSR and culture-building projects;
  • staying current on laws, regulations, and risk standards that affect your position;
  • and developing your own skills and knowledge in your area of specialization.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • In addition to having a clean criminal record and an ITC,
  • candidates must also possess excellent communication,
  • people skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • NQF Level 4 or Higher in Banking, in a Banking, Sales, Marketing, Financial,
  • or Business-related field. Candidates must also have a minimum of 12
  • FAIS credits and 1-2 years of sales experience within a Contact Center or Banking environment.

 

Working Hours

  • You must be prepared to work an eight-hour shift a day, as well as weekends and public holidays (if needed).
