PURPOSE:
To provide great Customer service by actively, timeously and accurately processing transactions on POS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process customer orders in accordance with SOP to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Continue providing services at a fast pace.
3. Correctly handle various payment kinds in accordance with SOP
4. Inform clients about ongoing specials to increase sales
5. Use suggestive selling or upselling strategies to raise ticket averages.
6. Keep the counter service areas clean and hygienic in accordance with SOP
7. Keep FOH Stock in accordance with SOP
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The desired National Senior Certificate
2. The Senior Certificate is necessary.
3. Advanced literacy abilities
4. Advanced numeracy abilities
5. A year of retail cashiering experience (preferably in a QSR setting)
