Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and arrange data, including RedCap data, facility systems, and routine data, into the systems and tools that are pertinent to the project.
- Help ensure that all updated ART Folders are recorded in the Health Information System.
- Help the M&E Officer oversee the monthly data reports that project personnel—especially the CLOs—provide.
- Execute and participate in projects aimed at improving data quality.
- Assist the M&E Officer in enhancing regularly gathered data, such as RedCap, at facilities supported by Anova by taking part in data audits and enhancement initiatives, such as training.
- Help the M&E Officer compile and evaluate the project staff’s monthly data reports, especially the CLOs.
- help with the weekly submittal dispatch At the facility level, data cleansing (interrogations) Safe storage of monthly backups, dispatches, and monthly summaries
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
- 12th grade
- Higher education credentials are an extra benefit
- Proficiency in data capture via education or experience
- Need to be able to operate under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Quick and precise data collection abilities outstanding organizational and administrative abilities TIER-related experience.RedCap, PHCIS, Prehmis, and Net
- Proficiency in English and/or another regional language is advantageous.
