Job Advert Summary

To drive in the Electrical department, collecting and delivering goods to and from external suppliers, keeping vehicles clean and roadworthy, and guaranteeing the safe transportation of personnel and equipment to various locations within and outside of the station.

Minimum Requirements

• The National Senior Certificate in Grade 12
• three years of relevant driving experience
• Ability to pass the K53 test administered by Rand Waters
• and a valid code EB driver’s license
• Need to have a valid public drivers license

Primary Duties

• to safely gather and transport supplies and equipment.
• Make sure petty cash is only utilized for necessary expenses.
• Make sure employees arrive on time when they are being transported.
• Make sure that automobiles are always spotless and functional.
• Incidents or defects have to be reported right away.

Knowledge

• familiarity with the OHS Act.
• Proficiency in both oral
• and written communication awareness of traffic laws.
