Job Description & Summary

Working in Internal Firm Services’ Infrastructure and Property division will provide you the chance to contribute to the creation and administration of PwC’s operational infrastructure, which enables us to support our clients and employees. We concentrate on every facet of internal infrastructure services, ranging from event planning and relationship management with firm travel partners to physical security, facilities management, and real estate site selection. In order to maintain the office functioning properly, our Office Services team is in charge of overseeing the condition of our workspace and attending to requests from PwC employees and partners.

Performance Goals

 

Delivery / Collection

  • To deliver and collect documents from clients and regional PwC offices.

 

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Verifying the functioning of automobiles, their roadworthiness, and their cleanliness and neatness
  • Between 8:00 and 8:30, check the cars for any damage or flaws.
  • Make sure all the tools and spare wheels are in the car.
  • If any of the aforementioned are missing, notify the facilities manager by 9:00. finish the log book.
  • After the final drive, fill up the car with gas before arriving at the office.
  • Personal business usage of vehicles is prohibited.
  • Non-smoking vehicle(s) The driver is responsible for paying any traffic fines out of pocket.
  • It is the driver’s duty to ensure that the vehicle is in ideal condition.
  • Maintain the cars’ cleanliness and order.
