WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

To be considered for Emirates cabin crew you’ll need to be:

  • A natural team player with a bright personality;
  • fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are advantageous);
  • at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm high;
  • able to fulfill the requirements for an employment visa in the United Arab Emirates;
  • and at least 21 years old

And have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service;
  • a high school diploma (Grade 12);
  • and the absence of any visible tattoos while wearing an Emirates cabin crew uniform

JOB PURPOSE:

As the face of Emirates, you will be the person that customers turn to for assistance and guidance when they fly with us, so you need to be amiable, perceptive, and able to provide the right support. Being a member of the cabin crew is much more than just a service role—safety is our top priority. You will need to lead confidently and take control when it comes to managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. These are just a few of the qualities we look for in our cabin crew members, including a bright personality, the capacity to adapt to any situation, and the ability to put people at ease.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Here are some other things we look for in our cabin crew:

  • You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes in order to reach emergency equipment on all types of aircraft
  • No visible tattoos while wearing Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
  • You have more than a year of experience in hospitality or customer service
  • You have a positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
  • Your minimum qualification is a high school graduation (Grade 12)
  • You must be fluent in the UAE’s employment visa requirements.
