Description
  • Answer phone calls from clients or travelers;
  • Resolve issues like cancellations and delays;
  • Customers should be given explanations of processes and assistance as needed;
  • labor in a group and for longer hours than usual (shift work);
  • Handle private data; –
  • Spoken and written communication with clients.

 

Requirements
  • 12th grade;
  • one to four years of experience working in a call center;
  • Travel or a relevant degree will be beneficial;
  • exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills in English;
  • Strong computer proficiency;
  • Excellent telephone manners;
  • neither a credit history nor a criminal record able to work overtime, on weekends, and on public holidays when needed;
  • Own transportation would be beneficial.
