Responsibilities:
Help guests purchase tickets, make reservations, and modify their flights. When necessary, provide rules, terms, restrictions, regulations, and processes explanations.
Assist and counsel clients in the event of airline cancellations or disruptions.
Take the greatest caution when handling and safeguarding private information.
Respond quickly and professionally to consumer complaints.
Raise complicated problems to the supervisor who is on duty.
Provide outstanding customer service on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Qualifications up to Grade 12.
prior expertise selling tickets and managing airports in the airline industry.
Willingness to work overtime, public holidays, weekends, and different shifts as needed.
proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook among other computer programs.
strong awareness of the needs of customers and strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—as well as phone manners.
Competent at resolving disputes.
