- Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4), Computer literacy is essential.

- A Valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
- The current employee will Respond to incoming calls, ascertain their purpose, and transfer them to the relevant department or individual.
- accepts and delivers messages, or in the event that the proper individual is not present, transfers calls to voicemail.
- Assist callers with inquiries about the company and provide them the address, directions, and other details; greet guests who arrive on site, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and notify the relevant staff of their arrival.
