MAIN OUTPUTS
- Fulfill duties in line with provided task cards (work orders), as required by the client and the business.
- Look into, assess, and fix equipment malfunctions that have been detected.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on all appliances and electrical equipment in accordance with SLA.
- Carry out office relocation-related duties, such as furniture installation, shop fitting, door, lock, handle, and window repairs, ceiling and carpet tile replacement, and general painting.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on all plumbing-related equipment in accordance with SLA.
- Conduct tier 1 inspections and maintenance on all equipment linked to air conditioning.
- Conduct examinations and provide reports on all fire
- and access equipment, including hose reels, fire hydrants, fire detectors,
- and access control devices. Help the artisan with significant maintenance and repairs. Continuously provide the
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Senior Certificate:
- N3 Technical (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Matric Currently
- valid driver’s license in South Africa
- three years of relevant experience performing
- handyman maintenance basic instruction in the use of mechanical,
- electrical,
- and hand tools familiarity with the OHS Act
- and ISO 9001 quality management systems
