Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our POS system to process transactions.
- Manage cash, issue reimbursements, and keep the till balanced.
- Uphold a tidy and well-organized workspace.
- Products and services are upsold when suitable.
- Respond quickly to consumer complaints and guarantee a high degree of satisfaction.
- Set up and oversee the float.
- During customer checkouts, operate the till and scanner with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accept and handle all payment and transaction formats.
- Avoid wasting, deterioration, and harm.
- Uphold hygienic practices, housekeeping duties, and safe work requirements.
- Follow and uphold security protocols.
- Use and maintain equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
- Answer clients’ questions and engage in polite conversation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification for Grade 10.
