QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

• Grade 11 or a comparable degree
• Fluent in all eleven official languages, including
• English The candidate must be able to communicate verbally.
• It will be beneficial to have solid understanding of subterranean water pumps.
• Experience in a mining industry for one to two years will be beneficial.
• Citizenship of South Africa Unblemished Criminal History

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all of the pumps in the engineering (pumping) sector are in good operating condition and provide effective assistance.
• Report any pump failures right once to prevent flooding of the working ends and travel routes.
• Help with the extension and repair of delivery pipes
• To maximize pump effectiveness, make sure the area under your supervision is kept clean.
• Help with pump installation, maintenance, and relocation.
• Always follow directions from the supervisor or supervisors in charge of the shift.
• Perform all tasks in compliance with the necessary guidelines and requirements.
