REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 10 minimum, NQF level 2.
- It will be advantageous to have one year of public service experience and basic life support.
- good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Needs to be able to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Pay attention to individuals.
- solid understanding of the Batho Pele Principles and customer service.
DUTIES:
- arranging lines for admission to the hospital and waiting rooms in a courteous and professional way.
- Keep waiting spaces under control and in order. Tell clients to follow the proper protocol.
- Give the customers in line information. Greetings to all patients and guests.
- able to speak with folks who are waiting on health topics.
- Water should be served in pristine cups.
- Examine the surroundings for any damaged equipment.
- Manage the support desk and respond to pertinent inquiries and grievances.
- carrying out any additional tasks that your supervisor assigns you.
- supporting the upkeep of a neat and orderly environment.
- keeping the patient flow going and greeting newcomers.
