What You’ll do for the Brand:

Operational Duties

  • As you welcome new customers, make sure to smile and make eye contact with them.
  • Then, show them to their designated waiting area or meeting space and make the appropriate announcement to the relevant team members.
  • Attend to the preferences and specific needs of your guests.
  • When necessary, provide basic information when taking calls and directing them.
  • does daily checks to make sure the building is constantly clean and attractive, and they notify the office administrator of any maintenance-related problems.
  • Make sure cleaning keeps the reception area (including the restroom) tidy and safe.
  • Before departing, make sure the light under the reception desk and the TV are off. Make sure the TV is on during business hours.
  • Helps with the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies, and services for the workplace and production in compliance with the company’s purchasing rules.

  • Maintains inventory levels by inspecting the stock, estimating needs, placing and completing orders, confirming receipt, stocking things, delivering supplies to work locations, and maintaining records of stock issued.
