Key Responsibilities

  • taking calls and returning them all in three rings reporting telephone system issues to the appropriate provider
  • Daily reports from the phone management system printed
  • Sorting business mail according to department or appropriate person assembling the business mailbag
  • Greeting and directing guests to the appropriate person
  • Messages being sent to the appropriate recipient within the performance standard time
  • Receiving documents filed
  • Communicating with callers in an orderly, polite, and respectful manner updating the lists of extensions and providing them to all employees
  • Person assignment and programming to extension numbers
  • Communicating with service suppliers for bids and upkeep monthly go to the grocery store
  • Weekly inventory assessment communicating with the maintenance crew and making sure that every task is completed
  • Building upkeep was made guaranteed of

 

Minimum Requirements

  • The bare minimum is a Matric (Grade 12).
  • Excellent mastery of the English language,
  • strong communication abilities,
  • and a customer-focused mindset proficient with computers
