• Find and interact with possible policyholders via a variety of platforms.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and potential policyholders.
• Give product demos and presentations to potential policyholders.
• Reach or surpass sales goals by negotiating and closing transactions.
• Deliver outstanding post-purchase assistance and customer care.
• Stay current with market circumstances and industry developments.
• Work together to exchange market knowledge and best practices with the sales team.
• Add sales monitoring to the Salesforce CRM.
• Send out sales reports every week.

It is necessary to have a track record of exceeding sales and new business acquisition goals. For this role, proficiency in many languages and strong report-writing abilities are prerequisites. The position requires at least a Matric degree and five years of sales experience.
