Specific Role Responsibilities
KEY OUTPUTS:

 

– Assure prompt, attentive client service in a workshop for passenger cars.

– Lead the team (workshop, service advisors, and administrative staff) in an effective and efficient manner.

-Oversee all aspects of the business, including customer satisfaction, productivity, warranty claims, invoicing, quoting, and debt collection.

– Complying with company policies and procedures.

– To attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction while optimizing the service department’s productivity, income, and efficiency.

– To assume responsibility for hiring, training, and developing employees.

 

Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

– Level 1.

– Must possess solid knowledge of the automotive business and at least five years of experience in the same or a related capacity.

– To possess a solid track record and reachable references.

 

Skills and Personal Attributes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 

– Focus on the customer.

– Comprehensive Technical Understanding.

– Solid understanding of systems and processes.

– Excellent CSI, strategic planning, and financial planning abilities are required.
