REQUIREMENTS:
- a three-year degree program in one of the following fields: public management, business management, financial accounting, administrative management, production management, operations management, auditing, human resource management, or nursing.
- Possessing prior experience in a claim processing setting will be beneficial.
- Knowledge: PFMA and Treasury Regulations; Public Service Act;
- Public Service Regulations; Compensation Fund business strategies and goals;
- Compensation Fund value chain; Directorate goals and performance requirements;
- Technical Knowledge; Promotion of Access to Information Act; POPIA;
- Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles);.
- Competencies: Emotional intelligence, problem solving, computer literacy, business writing, critical thinking, report writing, verbal and written communication, data and records management, and customer service.
- The following are examples of exemplary behaviors: accountability and responsibility, assertiveness, flexibility, work ethic and self-management, confidentiality, organizational goal-drivenness, and teamwork.
