Description:
The porter’s main duties include greeting and admitting each guest to the hotel and releasing their bags when they arrive. He or she will make sure that the greatest level of hospitality is provided and that every request from visitors is fulfilled politely and promptly. The porter will also help visitors with their bags. In addition, he or she will be in charge of gathering and distributing mail and packages. He or she will make sure that the forecourt and foyer areas are consistently spotless.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
