Job Description:
You will be an essential part of our team as a Pick n Pay shelf packer, helping to keep our shelves filled, neat, and customer-friendly. Along with helping customers locate what they are looking for, you will also help keep the store tidy and hygienic by offering advice or information. Excellent communication skills, meticulousness, and a customer-focused mindset are prerequisites for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 10 is required; Grade 12 is preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble bins and shelves in accordance with established guidelines.
- Pay attention to what clients want, deliver the necessary goods or services, and give product advice.
- Uphold standards of cleanliness, hygienic practices, and housekeeping both on the floor and within the warehouse.
- Stock should be stacked, unpacked, and stored in the warehouse safely and neatly.
- Exhibit a feeling of urgency when finishing assignments quickly.
- Seek for opportunities for personal development and progress.
- readiness to work different shifts in accordance with operational needs.
