RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide each consumer with a warm, motivational, and unique experience.
• Encourage and motivate team members to meet sales goals in order to increase sales and turnover.
• Maintain standards for visual merchandising. design a stunning shopping environment
• Ensure that all products are priced correctly with appropriate price stickers and/or signage.
• Ensure that stock take and cycle count variance reports are checked, variances are investigated, and stock shortages or unbalanced stock information is escalated to the Area Manager.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy and fully stocked sales floor.
• Make sure that banking and point-of-sale protocols are followed, and bring up any issues with the Area Manager.
• Verify all operational policies and processes, as well as store standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• a certificate from matric, grade 12, or an equivalent a love of retail, beauty, and customer service familiarity with skincare and cosmetics a strong focus on client service
• A robust work ethic and proactive mindset
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule in order to fulfill operational requirements rudimentary knowledge of Excel and email Good interpersonal skills; the capacity to maintain composure under pressure;
• the capacity to stand for extended periods of time;
