Job Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
1 year administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Verify the buyer folio and storage contract,
- as well as the received documentation.
- Issue dispatch instructions within the allotted time.
- Escalate non-conforming instructions and follow up with all parties until the issue is resolved.
- Send the instruction number to the buyer and silo.
- Ensure that the instructions are accurately filed electronically with supporting emails.
- Weekly follow-up on any outstanding instructions.

- Typing and data capture
