PURPOSE OF JOB:

To be trained as a Traffic Warden / Peace Officer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECTION: 

• SAPS Clearance Certificate;
• Grade 12;
• Age requirement: 20–35 years old;
• SA identity document in a certified copy;
• has to be a resident of the Bergrivier Municipality;
• In the hiring process, candidates with a valid driver’s license or learner’s license will be given preference;
• candidates who work for the municipality will also be given consideration for training.

Candidates must also pass the following tests throughout the hiring and training phases in addition to the aforementioned requirements: Training will start in the municipality of Bergrivier.
