Job Description:
McDonald’s is looking for motivated people to work as Crew Members as part of their Learnership program. You will play a crucial part in guaranteeing that customers receive outstanding service and in establishing a warm and inviting environment. The chance to obtain a National Certificate in Fast Food Services (NQF Level 3) will be available to those who are successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and helping clients with their orders
- obtaining precise meal orders
- and making sure they are prepared on time upholding hygienic and sanitary standards
- Following safety procedures working together as a team to meet sales goals
Requirements:
- Academic requirements for grades nine through twelve
- live 15 kilometers or less from the job site.
- no criminal history
Preferences (not mandatory but advantageous):
- prior involvement as a crew member
