Assist Admin manager with day to day admin duties and whole goods marketers.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3 years administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system (outstanding claims,
- outstanding purchase orders,
- negative on-hand report, etc.); assist the admin manager with daily administrative tasks;
- help whole goods marketers with invoicing, registrations, receiving new stock,
- and monthly stocktaking; generate stock-taking reports and help with quarterly stock taking;
- capture stock count sheets on the system;
- generate variance report and report variance to line manager
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Valid driver’s license;
- computer literacy (using Microsoft Office);
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
