Job Description

Assist Admin manager with day to day admin duties and whole goods marketers.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING   

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years administration experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system (outstanding claims,
  • outstanding purchase orders,
  • negative on-hand report, etc.); assist the admin manager with daily administrative tasks;
  • help whole goods marketers with invoicing, registrations, receiving new stock,
  • and monthly stocktaking; generate stock-taking reports and help with quarterly stock taking;
  • capture stock count sheets on the system;
  • generate variance report and report variance to line manager

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES  

  • Valid driver’s license;
  • computer literacy (using Microsoft Office);
  • ability to communicate verbally and in writing
