Job Description

Purpose of the role 

To help the store succeed by giving customers accurate and pertinent information, doing your best to address their questions, and making sure they are always satisfied.

Main responsibilities 

    • Ensure minimal customer complaints;
    • Manage the cash desk, assist with orders, exchanges, and refunds;
    • Oversee the business’s loyalty program;
    • Manage returned goods and liaise with the appropriate departments;
    • Provide cash back on returned goods; Ensure that customers are satisfied;
    • Act as a host or hostess to customers who visit the business premises;
    • Provide information about the products and services of the business through various channels;
    • Resolve customer queries;
    • Advice customers on the various processes in the business;
    • Ensure customer satisfaction;
    • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures;
    • Ensure adherence to all internal control procedures;
    • Deliver superior quality of the store’s various services, such as welcome points and loyalty cards;
    • Ensure exceptional customer relationships;
    • Ensure department efficiency to reduce customer wait times;
    • Ensure all processes improve the quality of service provided to customers
