With an Installation Technician Internship NQF Level 4 headquartered at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg, Tracker Connect is giving fifteen highly qualified young South Africans the chance of a lifetime. The internship’s goal is to upskill young, jobless people so they can install electronic equipment in trucks and other types of vehicles as well as plant machinery. Principal Results: It incorporates a systematic, supervised learning technique that combines classroom instruction with real-world experience.
Job description
Competencies:
- Install the systems in accordance with the set quality standards.
- Finish all necessary installation-related documentation.
- has the ability to adhere to an established installation timetable.
- Deliver client service in compliance with predetermined guidelines.
- Take ownership of all fixed assets that the company issues.
Minimum requirements
- A qualification in the automotive industry, such as Autotronics Level 1, Auto Electrical N3, Auto Mechanical N3, or Electrical Engineering N3 (Light Current), is preferred. Experience in mechanical and automotive
- electrical work is also beneficial.
- No prior experience with technical Experience with internships
- At this moment, neither full-time study nor a learnership or internship are being pursued.
- Availability to travel for the necessary coursework
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
