FCS – Driver CIT

Reporting to the Operations Manager

The above position is vacant at our Rustenburg branch. The overall purpose of this position is to transport Crewman and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in the security industry or a related role (advantageous at FSG);
• clean criminal record; PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification;
• Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate;
• Firearm competency with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualification;
• Valid drivers license with a valid PDP; Able to work under pressure; Physically fit

Job Specification (not totally inclusive):

• Complete accountability and responsibility for receiving and delivering client funds
• Report any delays to the Operations
• Manager right away.
• Preventing incidents and reporting them.
• Staying in radio contact with controllers.
• Taking action against any suspicious activity.
• Conducting a vehicle audit and filling out the checklist.
• Operating a vehicle safely and thoroughly documenting incidents and accidents.
