PURPOSE OF JOB
Policy sales, either outbound or inbound, depending on campaigns and leads. Establish the customer relationship and achieve a number of KPIs. Establish a connection with the client, carry out a needs analysis, and suggest solutions. Requires a thorough understanding of the market, products, and their attributes in addition to an emphasis on brand expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of Customer Relations Make phone calls to designated clients in order to establish new connections or serve as a point of contact. The client requires clarification Every sales call should have specific goals; the presentation should be made using standard materials; the customer should be asked pertinent questions to gauge interest and to highlight areas that need more information or clarification, which should then be addressed. Market Customer Offers Determine which goods or services best satisfy the needs of the client, then utilize your own experience to suggest amounts that adhere to established operating systems, rules, and guidelines. Inform the consumer about the options and persuade them to buy the products that would best serve their needs and provide the greatest returns on investment.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION
Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA General Education Regulatory Exam 5, contingent on DOFA date; Full 150 STI credits, contingent on DOFA date; Accredited Equivalent (Essential); a business or marketing degree or diploma (Advantageous)
HISTORY
General Experience: One year of sales experience in a call center
