Key Purpose
The offshore section consists of a small group of exceptionally talented workers. The administration of every Discovery Invest Offshore product is the primary responsibility of this position. This includes all tasks related to handling inquiries from internal discovery departments, clients, brokers, franchises, and sales force members, as well as handling repurchases, additions, switches, new business, servicing adjustments, and account reconciliation.’.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:
All work streams have joint ownership of the offshore production desk.
Monthly reporting obligations for offshore Duties associated with offshore auditing Initiatives for projects
Handling all “telephonic” and “email” inquiries from both internal and external parties on the processing New ventures, Expansions, Redeems, Redemptions, and Servicing modifications, involving communication with the Discovery “Compliance,” Discovery “Legal,” and Discovery “Fianance” teams.
Examine all instructions related to “buy” and “sell” in offshore market trade (investments, redemptions, payments, switches) for accuracy and completeness.
Help new business clients convert their South African Rands into foreign currencies.
Assure quality assurance standards are met.
Compute, verify, and record the corresponding “prices” to be applied on Compass for all financial transactions on offshore “lump sum” products.

Education and Experience
Education
A matriculation degree
and a degree relevant to our sector would be advantageous.
Experience
A minimum of three to five years of experience in the LISP/financial services industry managing investment products, procedures, and administration; two years of experience managing offshore LISPs would be beneficial.
Familiarity with and comprehension of offshore products
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, using Excel and the MS Office suite
