REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or Senior Cert. Experience is not necessary.
- a legitimate driver’s license.
- Proof of computer literacy (using Microsoft Office) is necessary.
- strong organizing abilities in the workplace.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English communication skills.
- the capacity to prepare work and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- fundamental office planning, organizing, archiving, and bookkeeping abilities.
- efficient use of time.
DUTIES:
- assembling official reports, including medico-legal ones.
- services such as phone and office reception,
- help with petty cash management,
- Compiling minutes and handling general office administration tasks, such as creating and maintaining case registers, spreadsheet preparation, ledger recording, filing, and record-keeping, among other things.
- Organize the directorate gathering.
