PURPOSE:

To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to SOP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Uphold SOP’s requirements for hygienic practices and cleanliness.
  2. Uphold food safety regulations in accordance with SOP.
  3. Prepare menu items in accordance with SOP while keeping service pace high.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments;
  2. a minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service Strong
  3. Verbal Communication Ability
  4. Senior National Diploma
