What You’ll do for the Brand:
Operational Duties
- As you welcome new customers, make sure to smile and make eye contact with them.
- Then, show them to their designated waiting area or meeting space and make the appropriate announcement to the relevant team members.
- Attend to the preferences and specific needs of your guests.
- When necessary, provide basic information when taking calls and directing them.
- does daily checks to make sure the building is constantly clean and attractive, and they notify the office administrator of any maintenance-related problems.
